The Club is administered by a Committee which is appointed at the AGM in September each year. It is made up of the following:
General comments on the club, ideas for improvement etc.
Club admin queries, complaints or comments, matters for discussion
Any financial matters, subscription status etc.

Enquiries & information about forthcoming rallies, Offers of new rally sites etc.
New member enquiries, Point of contact for general queries from existing members.
Advertisers, press, website queries etc.

In addition, the committee may have up to 4 additional members co-opted as required. Normally this is to cover additional projects or to cover illness or absence but the membership may also decide at an AGM whether they wish to have additional members.
Please remember that the above roles are purely voluntary and as such there may be a delay in responding due to holidays, work commitments etc. Please be patient…we will answer your queries as soon as possible.
If you have a technical query or an issue with repairs/warranty etc, please contact your Dealer, as the Club is not able to respond.
